update on what i have been up to.

Its about time i put some freelance work up that i have done in the last couple of months. I did a shoot for a hair salon in my hometown, burton-on-trent, called mk hairdressing. There were 7 models to photograph and the images will be used for banners in the shop and posters as well as other promotional use for the salon. Was a good day and everyone looked awesome.

Next up is a shoot for a graphic design company called Alt design based in derby. This was a fun shoot as i think these guy are the best in the business and have some great work. So photographing there portfolio for there website and new brochure was a nice job and enjoyed it.

Another shoot was my friends wedding so it was an honor to be asked to photograph there day and what a great day it was, big love Jacob and Sian Edmonds.

I will post some other work i have been upto in the past couple of months, more design work than photography. I have two weddings to shoot at the end of this month so will update you on that next month. Right, my boys are calling me for there dinner, speak soon. dx

Im back!

Hello! Been a while since I last updated here. We have had a new arrival on the 25th of February and have called him Oliver George norton. So things have been pretty busy at home and at work but feel very proud to have Oliver and fenton has a little brother to play with now. Right, I finally have a couple of days off work so i’m off to spend some time with my boys and Lyn. I shall be back!

Photographed the NME awards tour this year but missed the first band, ‘the drums‘, who i most wanted to photograph, damn traffic. Anyways, was a top night and here are the rest of the photos.

Ive been admiring the iphone camera with the use of the photoshop app, think you can sometimes get some nice photos and effects and tryed some shots in the snowy weather we have had here in the UK.

Went to the royal in derby to photograph a friends band,’son of eagle‘, who were supporting Thomas dybdahl who is a great Norwegian Songwriter. Was a brilliant night of great songwriting from both and beautiful sounds, here are some images from the night.

Artloco exhibition

Hey, i have been accepted to exhibit some of my music photography work at the opening of a new art gallery called artloco, in ticehurst, east sussex. If you live near by and fancy having a look at some photography from a group of local and national photographers, pop in!

Opening night 11th December 6 – 9.30pm

Exhibition will then run until the 10th January, opening times will be
daily.
